I will write about it not in Japanese but in English.
Today, I got the news with my mobile, which the President of U.S. has told Israel to stop genocide at Gaza according to the nagotiation with Hamas to release the hostages. Surely, I did check the content of the news in BBC which updates by the minute, and tried to do the same thing in NHK, which plays the same role in my counrty.
However, I could not.
In Japan, the laws and regurations of Broadcasting have changed from on 1st, Oct, 2025.
Then, the peculiar thing happens.
NHK is surely the broadcasting for public welfare of our country, therefore, we, Japanese are not forced to unable to access to all kinds of the news without their despotism.
NHK have decreased their income for several years according to the article of Yomiuri Shinbun which is written in Japanese by the by.
However, We, Japanese cannot access toward all the articles of the news which the broadcasting for public welfare of our country would supply as well as people in England can access them to BBC’s website.
Personaly, I think the format of NHK on website would be totally absurd.
They decide to rule out their responsibility for providing the just news for Japanese and people who would try to understand it in Japanese on the globe.
They force us to utilize their application services or their own services on their web-site.
NHK insist the fact that they will not inform the proper news for all the people who live in Japan without the fee of subscription of their services, which would demand for TV services.
In England, ordinary people would pay for watching BBC in TV or BBC iPlayer. Undoubtedly, we, Japanese would pay for watching NHK in TV or not NHK iPlayer, unfortunately they would not provide their services in iPlayer, and they would knead the application for radiko, which demand about 1,000 Japanese yen for every services included and almost all commercial broadcastings share the services, and surely the precursor company had built by DENTSU, which is the notorious advertising agency as you knew as Tokyo Games Corruption, which does not end according to Japan Times.
NHK acutually do demand the fee in TV services on their website.
I do not know what is the purpose of the broadcasting for public welfare of Japan.
They seem to try to rule out the just news and people who live in our country and detach themselves from the fact reality and retreat into the biased and partial and blinkered dystopia where they can get across to their own audience who is equal to and tolerant to their poor contents and then, abandon to think.
The charge on radiko, and website and TV in the household by NHK would be a double demand in fact and it would be illegal acturally, but Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communication consider us to be countable sheep which offer them everything else and would ignore their fatal mistake in taxation.
They demand us not to think and reason and hope that we are countable feeds for the affiliated organization which might be exploited by the gigantic advertisement. In fact, NHK and DENTSU would be struggle jointly againt or toward audience in Japan. They cannot be composed without the worse half. They would be the united front in Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, which occurs a full of arrears and several lawsuits and it might be nightmare according to the article of Tokyo Shinbun in Japanese.
