Are you relax?

The tense of nerves might be harm for your health sometimes.

You can release the tense of the lower half of the body, when you walk outside, but tense of the upper might be a heavy load for your mind and heart.

The key is breathing and relax, do not strain your muscle.


You need not a perferct form, as far as you can, you stretch your upper body.

Do not tighten your shoulder, just relax.

Inhale and exhale.

I do not know where you are, but we sometimes pile up a burden.

Then, we might be choked up, so that we need time to be relax.
